Go to the Sent Items folder or another folder that contains the email you want to resend.
Open the message in a separate window.
In the Message window, select File.
In the left pane, select Info.
Select Message Resend and Recall
A copy of the message appears in a new window. Make any changes you want to the message. For example, change the recipients or any wording in the message body.
Select Send.
